How do I change or cancel my order?

Our fulfillment times are typically with in 24 hours. Should you notice an error or need to change your order please contact our customer service department for assistance with order modifications or cancellations: 1-855-665-7710. Once the orders is shipped we cannot modify or cancel the order. That order will be subject to our refund and return policies.

What happens after I cancel my order?

We will have your money refunded back to the original mode of payment you used when purchasing from our store within 3-10 business days

Why is it that my order was cancelled when I did not even request for it?

Our back office processing team automatically cancel orders specific to Out of Stock (OOS) or No Longer Available (NLA) items. Customers are usually notified regarding this changes on their orders to let them know.
